I was bitten by the “Collecting Bug” in the 1960’s when I purchased a paperweight for a friend’s birthday, but then couldn’t part with it. I began to seriously pursue the craft of paperweights in 2000 and 2001 when I flew to Scotland to take week–long advanced master classes from William Manson in Perth.

I began painting on glass in 2003 studying under famed glass painters Richard Millard and Kenneth Leap.
