I have worked as a writer and editor for more than 20 years and have channeled my love of children’s literature and illustration into my work as a children’s literacy advocate. A jewelry artist for several years, I became enamored by the beauty and versatility of glass. I have been exploring this ancient art form since 2005 and feel lucky to be part of its vibrant artist community.

I have studied with Kari Minnick Studio, Weisser Glass Studios, the Art Glass Center at Glen Echo, and Watercolors Glass in Virginia, and my work has been featured in exhibits at the Touchstone Gallery in Washington, DC, Artspring Silver Spring, Maryland and Art Glass Gallery at Glen Echo, Maryland.
