I’m inspired by flowing motions, including movements of the sea, dancers, and clouds. Glass flows in a kiln and I like to make it emulate the movements of these physical things. The textures created by working glass on a diamond cutting wheel enhance the flow. I like the way light moves in optical crystal, bouncing and creating multiple reflections.

I have been working with glass since 2006 and have had the privilege of studying with many great artists. My styles include glass weaving, bubbles embedded in glass, complex line mosaics, castings with sensuous curves, dynamic patterns, and highly reflective polished shapes.

I enjoy experimenting with glass techniques and helping other artists understand the potential of the medium.
